The Bridgeborne Approach
Based in Cambridge, Bridgeborne Psychology have been offering Work Focused Coaching and Training Solutions to individuals, teams and organisations since 2009. We coach clients who are dealing with career changes, returning to work after an absence, or wanting to achieve work-related goals. By offering sessions across the UK and Europe via phone, video, and VR platforms, as well as in-person (if practical), we can provide flexible support directly where and when it is needed.
To deal with a constantly changing world, we need to develop and adapt in order to survive. This is a journey that is taken one step at a time but the path is not always clear. Bridgeborne helps our clients to navigate these challenges so they reach their full potential. Because our coaching helps to reduce absence and improve rehabilitation, we give people the tools they need to face the challenges of the modern workplace.
Above all, we pride ourselves on identifying the unique challenges of everyone we work with and we value our clients’ experience and distinctiveness. As a result, our coaching is focused on achieving the right goals and outcomes for our clients.
Applying a label to someone’s situation doesn’t help. Success only comes when you recognise an individual’s barriers and support them to develop their toolbox of coping strategiesDebbie Watt, Managing Director, Bridgeborne
Drawing on principles from mindfulness, coaching psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy, our Cambridge-based work focused coaching supports employees to achieve peak performance.
We help our clients to achieve a successful and sustainable return to work. Our coaching fosters long-lasting changes to allow our clients to flourish in the workplace.
Bridgeborne has worked with a variety of high profile clients to offer training on resilience and managing workplace stress. In addition, we can offer training on wellbeing in the workplace for a wide variety of organisations.
Our short courses range from half day courses focusing on specific areas of understanding, to two day courses that aim to build protective skills and behaviours in staff. We offer courses in Cambridge, London and across the UK.
